The ProLearn system will send out automatic emails to let you know you have registered for a course, received a certificate after finishing a course, have a live meeting coming up, that changes have been made to your profile, and much more.
Email Blocked or in Spam Folder
If you are not receiving these emails your email may have blocked it. Make sure that emails from the domain prolearn.io are allowed in your settings.
If you have trouble with this please reach out to technical support for your email.
Log on to the Prolearn Site
Otherwise, be sure to log onto the Prolearn website as even if you do not get a reminder email with the link for something you will be able to view everything in your profile or in the course you are taking.
Other issues
If you are expecting emails for a certain course and none of the troubleshooting above works you may not be registered or you may be registered to the wrong course. Please reach out to your site administrator to get you in the correct course or to ensure you are registered.
